The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court is the highest court in the federal court system. Its decisions are binding nationwide and can be used as precedent.

Justices are appointed by past and present Presidents of the Federated States of Gapla. Cases can only be submitted to the Supreme Court after deliberation by a dominion court, or if requested by a member of the National Assembly.

The Courts of Dominion

There are currently nine courts of dominion in the Federated States of Gapla, which are the lowest level in the Federal Court System.

Justices are appointed by the National Assembly, in negotiation with any of the respective legislatures in the region.
