The Supreme Court
The Supreme Court is the highest court in the federal court system. Its decisions are binding nationwide and can be used as precedent.
Justices are appointed by past and present Presidents of the Federated States of Gapla. Cases can only be submitted to the Supreme Court after deliberation by a dominion court, or if requested by a member of the National Assembly.
To submit a case for consideration, please email supremecourt@gaplagov.org with the following details:
What is the case number of the prior decision, and which dominion court issued the decision? (write "n/a" if proceeding to the Supreme Court by the request of a member of the National Assembly).
Which member or members of the National Assembly requested direct trial at the Supreme Court? (write "n/a" if proceeding to the Supreme Court from a dominion court).
How can we contact each party involved in the case?
Briefly, accurately, and objectively summarize the nature of the case.

The Courts of Dominion
There are currently nine courts of dominion in the Federated States of Gapla, which are the lowest level in the Federal Court System.
Justices are appointed by the National Assembly, in negotiation with any of the respective legislatures in the region.

For disputes regarding multiple dominions, list the names of all dominions involved. It will be assigned to one at random and its decision will be binding throughout all of the dominions.How can we contact each party involved in the case?

The Dominion Court of Elemental has jurisdiction over the Dominion of Elemental.
The Dominion Court of Folia Tail has jurisdiction over the Dominion of Folia Tail.
The Dominion Court of Emeralkia has jurisdiction over the Dominion of Elemental, except for the Autonomous Duchy of Brighton Beach.
The Dominion Court of Gaplastovia has jurisdiction over the Dominion of Gaplastovia.
The Dominion Court of Phoenix has jurisdiction over the Dominion of Phoenix.
The Dominion Court of Snakaris has jurisdiction over the Dominion of Snakaris.
The Dominion Court of Brighton Beach has jurisdiction over the Autonomous Duchy of Brighton Beach.
The Dominion Court of Gaplan Antarctica has jurisdiction over the Gaplan Antarctica Autonomous Region.
The Dominion Court of the Autonomous Regions has jurisdiction over all of the autonomous regions, except for Gaplan Antarctica.
